Greetings from a breathtaking island paradise with glistening white sand and lush jungle flora. The Filitheyo resort is located in Faafu Atoll, one of the Maldives' most pristine atolls, which is home to a wealth of brilliant coral and colorful marine life.A 35-minute seaplane journey and a 10-minute traditional dhoni ride are required from Male Velana International Airport, which is 7 kilometers away. The only way to get visitors to this stunning island is by seaplane transfer.

The options for rest and relaxation are endless, but we also provide a plethora of activities and excursions. Take a boat excursion to discover island settlements, have a private dinner for two beneath the stars, or splash in the warm turquoise lagoon. Visitors to this quaint resort in the Maldives will find a spa unlike any other. Surrounded by lush tropical foliage, the jungle spa is a peaceful haven tucked away in the center of the island. A variety of Balinese and foreign therapies are provided by the spa therapists. Additionally, Filitheyo is a diving diver's heaven. A variety of daily excursions are available at our Werner Lau dive facility, and the house reef is teeming with fish, reef sharks, and rays. With a swim-up bar and a freeform infinity-edge pool next to the sea, this is the ideal spot to unwind.
Location
Our airport hosts will meet you when you arrive, check you in for your flight, and show you to the terminal, which has a special lounge where you can unwind while you wait for your departure. Your 35-minute seaplane journey, which provides an amazing aerial perspective of the breathtaking atolls below, will soon begin.
The maximum wait time for seaplane transfers is three hours, though this could change if there is an unforeseen poor weather event or if any joining passengers' overseas flights are delayed.
When the airport is open for transfers, which is typically from 7:00 to 15:00, our airport hosts are on duty.
Check-in and check-out times at Filitheyo are 14:00 and 12:00, respectively. Transfers from the airport to Filitheyo are only available throughout the day. To schedule return transports, arrival and departure flight data must be provided at least 72 hours before the arrival date.
